Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for services offered by OLGA HYLAND LLC, including workshops, coaching, and events.

Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

Workshop Registration & Fees

• All workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific workshop listing.
• Space in workshops is limited. When you register, you are reserving a spot that may prevent someone else from attending.

Cancellations

• If you cancel your registration 7 or more days before the scheduled workshop date, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future workshop (subject to availability).
• If you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the workshop, or do not attend, no refund or credit will be provided.

Transfers

• You may request to transfer your registration to another person for the same workshop, with prior written approval from OLGA HYLAND LLC.

Refunds for Digital Products or Other Services

• All sales of digital products (if offered) are final.
• Coaching services and other services are non-refundable once delivered.

Policy Changes

OLGA HYLAND LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
